Once Complainant has vacated Apartment 7, Respondents agree to do a check-out of Apartment 7 with Complainant present (and her representative, if desired by Complainant) to confirm that it has been turned over to Respondents in the same condition as when Complainant moved in, normal wear and tear excepted.
