Physicals are valid for 1 year from the EXAM DATE, Form must besigned by your players physician, Certify that your player resides in the Cambridge High School District, Current utility bill (electric, gas, or water/sewer) showing player's address, This form confirms player(s) andparent(s) have read and understand theGMSAA concussion information andpolicy, Centennial Junior Knights Football is a member of the Georgia Middle School Athletic Association (GMSAA) and will compete against feeder programs of other local area high schools, Teams are determined by grade, with one team for each grade 6th-8th, If a team has enough players, they will participate in Wednesday night games against other teams in our program (in lieu of one practice night) to allow newer/developing players playing time/experience(while more experienced players would typically see more playing time during Saturday games), for more information on the GMSAA "JV" program, All teams will practice at Centennial High School (practice field or stadium field) weather pending, Practices will be 3 nights per week (1 weeknight practice replaced by JV game if applicable), Heat acclimation week (1st week of practice) tentatively scheduled for week of July 25-29, 2022, for GMSAA guidelines for Heat Acclimation Week and Subsequent Practices, Practice schedules to be confirmed/announced by 1st week of practice, All games will be playedat local high school fields on Saturdays (and Wednesday nightsif teams have enough players), Home games will be played at Centennial High School, Wednesday and/or Saturday games are SUBJECT TO CHANGE (please keep your schedule flexible), Game schedule will be released the 1st week of August 2022, Safety is the number one priority of Centennial Feeder Football, for your participation in our program.
